Our aim is to make the lives of event organisers and exhibition managers as easy as possible and to put a little strain on their budgets as possible.
We built the layout to fit in the book of our car and to be able to set up / pack away in under an hour. This means we do not have to hire a van and the chance of needing overnight acomodation is drastically reduced. We area also attempting to provide as much information in as easy a format as we can below - if there is something else we can add to make it even easier then please do let us know.
Layout Information
The layout is 9ft x 3ft (including operating space) and uses a total of 4 power sockets. Set up time is around an hour.
There are usually two to three operators.
A dark corner is better to really show off the lighting and scenery but not essential.
Strobe lighting is used for the lightning simulation - we always display warning signs and have followed advice on frequencies to minimise any risk of impact on those suffering from photosensitivity.
Bond Lane has now been fitted with a motorised platform to allow us to lower it on demand when needed. This allows us to display it at eye level for anyone regardless of their height, standing or sitting.
